- Tutor Registration Data: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, business registration details, and bank account information (for payouts via Razorpay).
- Student Registration Data: Name, email address, phone number, and authentication details.
- Usage and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and interaction logs with the platform.
- Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment status, and purchase history. Note that all payment processing is handled securely by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
2. Purpose of Collection and Processing
We process your digital personal data only for lawful purposes based on your explicit consent or other legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act 2023:

- To facilitate the creation, hosting, and sale of online courses.

3. Data Storage and Processing Location
In strict compliance with Indian data protection guidelines, all personal data collected by TutorFlow is stored, processed, and maintained exclusively on servers located within the territory of India. We do not transfer your personal data outside India.
4. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or reporting requirements.
- Active Accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your active account with us.
- Deactivated Accounts: If you request account deletion, we schedule the deletion of all personal data, which is fully executed within thirty (30) days from the request date, except as required by law (e.g., financial ledger logs for tax compliance).
- Transaction Logs: Payment and tax-related transaction records are retained for a minimum period of 8 years to meet corporate and tax law mandates in India.
